Salary: £38,000 + Commission + Bonus (Realistic OTE £50,000-£55,000)
Our client is an award winning recruitment consultancy, who strive to help ambitioys businesses build better teams. They are going through a period of growth and looking for a brilliant Key Account Manager to join their team!
Role Objective
You will be sourcing candidates to fill the vacancies with our clients, whilst managing and strengthening relationships with hiring managers and decision makers.
About you
Enthusiastic and driven to deliver outstanding service. Able to act quickly and professionally under pressure. Great relationship building skills, confident, and able to show inititive.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
Able to pre-empt problems and prepare solutions.
Excellent presenting and networking skills.
The ability to work independently, constantly prioritising your workload and being proactive at all times.
Clear communication skills, able to confidently liaise with people at all levels.
