Title: Recruitment Consultant / Temps Desk

Salary: Up to £35,000 80K OTE

About Our Client: Our client leads the way in connecting exceptional talent with top-tier employers across the Industrial, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors. Our clients reputation for excellence and innovation drives our success, and we are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant the team to spearhead a temps desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and expand our client base within the Industrial, Commercial, or Engineering sectors.

• Candidate Placement: Collaborate with the resourcing team to ensure the successful placement of high-quality temporary candidates.

• Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.

• Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to both personal and company success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a temps desk role within the commercial industrial driving or engineering sectors.

• Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
