With a long and successful 16 years within the Rec 2 Rec market we have developed an extensive candidate database of extremely experienced and high-level recruiters. We also have access to the leading resources to attract the more active candidates. However we put a heavy focus on networking and building talent pipelines with high-level passive candidates who are exclusive to Wisdom Recruitment. Giving you the chance to recruit the best talent in the marketplace.
A high percentage of our Candidates come to us from recommendations andreferrals, giving us the benefit of having a pool of Candidates that aren’t necessarily ‘actively’ seeking employment’, therefore will not be on a job board or registered with another agency. We have our own LinkedIn group which currently has over 1,000 members and is growing daily.
At Wisdom, we are trained in the art of headhunting (although not from our own Clients), gaining passive Candidates, and gaining them exclusively.
