Role: Rec 2 Rec Consultant Location: Horsham, West Sussex (2/3 days in office) Salary: £30,000 - £100,000 per annum & Benefits Up to £30K basic based on experience plus a realistic OTE of £100K +  fantastic Benefits

Whilst we are naturally looking for experienced recruiters, this opportunity is also open to individuals with a proven track record from other sales industries.  What you must have is .. Self motivation, grit, bags of  initiative, strong resilience, a determination to succeed, a good eye and a strong work ethic. The rest we will look after!  We work Hybrid at Wisdom, have done since 2018, we spend 2-3 days a week in the office in Horsham together.  On your office days you will have the added bonus to work alongside a highly experienced Rec 2 Rec Consultant with 1-1 development training. The financial rewards can be very high in both our Industry and certainly our sector.  If you are prepared to put the work in, you have the potential to change your life! I know that sounds cheesy, but it really is true. 

Rec 2 Rec is a fun sector.  We deal with sales people all day long .. Both our candidates and clients are sales folk! You will never have a dull day with us. Running a desk at Wisdom can sometimes feel like working  a temps' desk ..all the pace but with chunky PERM fees at the end of it. Fast turnaround - good fees -  BIG commission   ** NO PSLS * * NO GATEKEEPERS  **  NO MICRO MANAGING  **  NO KPIS  And best of all  .... a client bank that wants to take your call! Our clients need and want us as much as we do them. Rec 2 Rec is a perfect harmony when done correctly.

We are very proud of what Wisdom has achieved so far, we are now ready to take it to the next level.  Are YOU what we are waiting for? We don't and won't suit all of you. Firstly we are Rec 2 Rec, a sector we at Wisdom all adore, it is a strongly candidate led sector and therefore maybe different from your recruitment experience. So firstly ask yourself, do you enjoy leading with the candidate, do you like specc'ing? In our business we deal directly with hiring managers/ recruitment directors. We don't send a CV and wait , in fact we often book interviews without a CV. Some of you might know this as 'old school ' recruitment.  For us it is simply about placing our candidates, not putting numbers on the board or ticking a box!
