Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationships: Build strong connections with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

• Candidate Placement: Partner with the resourcing team to match top-tier candidates with client requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in the Commercial sector.


• Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of exceeding targets.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.


• Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in recruitment tools and software.
