Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates within the Blockchain/Web3 space using advanced sourcing techniques, platforms, and networks.


• Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business goals.


• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
