The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. You’ll work across one or more of our core verticals—IT, Commercial, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or HR—building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Management: Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their hiring needs.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of methods including job boards, social media, databases, and headhunting to attract top-tier talent.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial client brief to successful candidate placement.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with trends within your sector, providing clients with expert consultancy.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed billing targets of £200k+ annually.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven 360 recruitment experience in one or more of the following sectors: IT, Commercial, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or HR.
- Performance: A demonstrated ability to deliver £200k+ in billings annually.
- Client-Focused: Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative and willing to contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Flexible: Willing to work 3 days in the Braintree office and 2 days remotely.
