Salary: £34,000 - £50,000 OTE

Our client, an award-winning SME recruitment consultancy in Central London, is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to manage recruitment processes and collaborate within a dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment procedures for temporary and permanent roles
Match candidate skills with accurate job requirements
Collaborate with team to achieve client objectives
Meet agreed-upon time lines for candidate short-list submissions
Coordinate client interviews and preparation
Ensure high-quality candidate interactions
Smoothly handle payroll processes and compliance
Skills:
Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
Effective time management and deadline-driven
Strong written English skills
Meticulous attention to detail and process adherence
Problem-solving ability and contingency planning
