Role - Team Lead/Manager with progression to Associate Director
Location - Brighton Sector - Tech/IT
Salary - £80 - £150k + incentives

Company -
Our Brighton based client has been established for over 20 years. Recruiting in the tech industry worldwide with dedicated specialists in VR, Saas, E-commerce, Oracle, Technical Art, Workday and Gaming.

Experience -
Must have leadership experience either team lead or management experience and hands on recruitment history within tech. Ability to effectively grow a team and support and motivate to achieve targets.

Role -
Leading a team of 4 you will be reporting to the director who currently manages this team. Initially you will be billing and growing your own client base as well as managing and growing your team. As the team expands your time will evolve to full time management.
