The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in growing our presence in the UK IT/Tech market. This client-focused role involves:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in the UK
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the IT/Tech sector
- Achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets
- Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met

- Proven Billings: Demonstrated success in billing within the recruitment industry, specifically in the IT/Tech sector
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT/Tech recruitment market
- Client Focused: Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
- Driven and Competitive: Strong desire to succeed and maximise earning potential
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
