Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services across various sectors.
- Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights to expand our client base.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to placement and post-placement support.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally with experience in sectors such as Legal or Education.
- Sales Savvy: Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities.
