Hi! I’m Max, a Rec 2 Rec London Consultant at Wisdom.

I’ve been in sales since I was 18, starting my journey in car sales, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding customer needs and closing deals.

Over the years, my passion for connecting people with the right opportunities led me to transition into recruitment, where I’ve been able to combine my sales expertise with my love for helping others.

I’m responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the London market, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

I thrive on the challenge of matching the right candidate with the right role, and I’m committed to building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

When I’m not at work, you can find me on the golf course, enjoying a round or two. Golf is my way of relaxing and recharging, and I love the challenge and focus the game requires.
