So, who is Larissa? 

I am a very proud mum of twin boys Jack & Ruben aged 12, and a daughter Summer aged 6, and 3 cats who never cease to make us all giggle and scream with the regular delivery of birds or mice - eek!!

You will often find me shouting on the sidelines of my boys’ football matches or in the swimming pool as Summer is obsessed with the water! They all drive me absolutely nuts but when we’re strolling through the woods which we’re lucky enough to have opposite our house, listening to them chatting away with each other is one of my “I love my life” moments!

I started working in recruitment back in 2006 and have never looked back. I’ve recruited within HR, Market Research, Technology, Office, Finance and currently Rec2Rec dealing with mainly permanent roles. I have loved recruitment from the very first interview I booked and finding someone their “work-home” and hearing how happy they are is another one of my “I love my life” moments! I’m passionate about truly understanding what makes people happy in their work-life and ensuring the fit is right for both my candidates and my clients.

Some fun facts about me…

I lived in Rome for about a year and almost ended up marrying an Italian and have a totally different life!

I am a MASSIVE stage musical fan and have seen Les Miserables 7 times!

I am a total foodie, love eating out and experiencing new tastes and will try pretty much anything. Apart from pineapple on pizza, pineapple on pizza is absolutely criminal!

Absolutely love a cocktail! Bloody Mary on a Sunday, Margarita in an evening. My Dad being Bulgarian taught me how to drink vodka without ever feeling drunk, it’s a family secret! :) oh and I do have a tendency to buy the shots on an evening out and always regret it in the morning!
