Role Overview:

As an Education 360 Recruiter in our Chelmsford branch, you will:

• Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.


• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with qualified education professionals, guiding them through the recruitment process and matching them with suitable opportunities.


• Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.


• Uphold Company Values: Demonstrate our core values in all interactions, contributing to a positive and ethical workplace culture.

Salary up to £35k doe plus uncapped commission, hours 7.30-4.30pm term time and shorter hours in school holidays (9-3pm)
