Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (20-25%)
Location: Colchester, Essex – parking onsite
Hours: UK Market: 8:00-17:00 / 8:30-17:30 OR US Market: 10:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, opportunity to work 1 day from home after probationary period.

The Role
As an IT 360 SAP Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from business development to talent acquisition, placing SAP specialists across the UK or US markets. Your day-to-day will include:
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying hiring needs and market trends.
- Engaging top-tier SAP talent through sourcing, headhunting, and networking strategies.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and post-placement care.
- Developing your niche SAP vertical, becoming a go-to expert in your market.
Who You Are
- A self-motivated, ambitious recruiter with at least 12 months’ experience (SAP / Data or IT recruitment experience essential, from ideally a contract background but will consider permanent too)
- A strong communicator and relationship-builder with the confidence to engage with clients and candidates at all levels.
