• Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully billed over £150k annually from permanent placements.


• Sector Expertise: You bring experience in commercial or accounts/finance recruitment.


• Self-Motivated: You thrive in an autonomous role and are committed to delivering high-quality results.


• Local to Cambridge: You’ll need to be based in or near Cambridge for a strong understanding of the market.
