360 Construction Recruiter – White Collar and Blue Collar Roles
Location: Loughton, Essex

Role Overview:
As a 360 Construction Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, building and managing relationships with clients and candidates. You’ll recruit for both white-collar roles (e.g., project managers, quantity surveyors, engineers) and blue-collar positions (e.g., tradespeople, laborers, site managers). This is a full-cycle recruitment role requiring expertise in business development, candidate sourcing, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and engage new clients within the construction industry.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships.
- Negotiate terms of business and build strong partnerships.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively source candidates for both permanent and temporary roles using job boards, social media, referrals, and your own network.
- Conduct interviews, screen CVs, and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage and maintain a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
Client Management:
- Liaise with clients to understand job specifications and workforce requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and service delivery.
Operational & Compliance:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and placement follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations, particularly for blue-collar roles.
- Keep accurate records of activity and placements in the company CRM.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
- Exceptional business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver under pressure.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance and employment legislation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, job boards).
