We’re looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Maidstone, specializing in the Commercial or Finance sectors (temporary or permanent considered). Key Responsibilities:

• 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.


• Business Development: Proactively identify and build relationships with new clients within the Commercial or Finance sectors, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.


• Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.


• Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent, including advertising, networking, and headhunting.


• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner for clients and candidates, providing expert advice and insights to meet their needs.


• Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the business.


• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to share knowledge, celebrate successes, and achieve collective goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Commercial or Finance sectors.


• Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and candidates.
