360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Canterbury, Kent-based client, up to £35k basic doe, plus uncapped commission. Must be car owner/driver due to location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, self-motivated individual with a proven background in recruitment within the Accountancy & Finance or HR sectors.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Business Development:
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Accountancy, Finance, and HR markets.
- Negotiating contracts, terms of business, and placement fees.
- Candidate Management:
- Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
- Conducting thorough candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Job Management:
- Writing and advertising job vacancies in a compelling and engaging manner.
- Matching suitable candidates to client vacancies.
- Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
- Market Expertise:
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends in Accountancy, Finance, and HR sectors.
- Offering tailored advice to clients and candidates based on market insights.
Person Specification:
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Accountancy, Finance, or HR sectors.
- A track record of successfully building client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new opportunities and meet revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the local job market in Canterbury, Kent, and surrounding areas.
Additional Requirements:
- Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle due to the office location.
