The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Proactively develop new business through re-engaging lapsed clients, pursuing leads, and fostering strong client relationships


• Confidently attend client meetings to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs


• Build and manage a network of top-tier candidates in the Accountancy & Finance market


• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefs to candidate placements


• Cross-sell services across business areas to maximize client satisfaction and revenue


• Bring resilience, energy, and a results-driven attitude to the team
