Your Role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Manage a portfolio of clients within the construction, property, and built environment industries, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction


• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities


• Source and manage top-tier candidates, matching them with the right roles to deliver the best outcomes for clients and candidates


• Drive the recruitment process end-to-end, including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
