Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prestigious clients in the financial services and insurance sector, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
Candidate Engagement: Identify and attract top-tier talent within the industry, leveraging your expertise to conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure the perfect match.

Requirements:
Recruitment Expertise: Previous recruitment experience is preferred, but candidates with a background in financial services/insurance or a proven track record in sales will also be considered.
