The Role:
As the Industrial Recruitment Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing branch operations, developing client relationships, and leading a team of recruitment consultants. You will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring the team consistently meets its targets, with a focus on the industrial, aerospace, and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch team, providing mentorship and setting clear performance goals.


• Drive business development by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.


• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for the industrial, aerospace, and logistics sectors.


• Monitor and manage branch performance, ensuring that financial and operational targets are met or exceeded.


• Oversee candidate sourcing, selection, and placement processes to ensure a high-quality service.


• Work closely with senior management to align branch operations with the overall company vision.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the industrial, aerospace, or logistics sectors.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.


• A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding financial and business development targets.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and relevant industry regulations.
