Location: Rochester, Kent
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (plus performance-based incentives)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our thriving recruitment branch in Rochester. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who excels in leadership, business development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 4 direct reports, ensuring they meet individual and team targets.
- Client Business Development: Drive client acquisition and relationship management to secure new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Compliance and Administration: Maintain the highest standards of compliance and administrative accuracy, ensuring all processes align with industry regulations.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, setting clear objectives and ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment services.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for team members.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with strong business development and client management skills.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a coaching mindset.
- Strong compliance knowledge and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
- A results-driven approach and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel locally as required.
