Salary: Up to £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop new business opportunities within the social care.
- Provide expert advice and support to both clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
About You:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within social care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
