Job Title: Divisional Manager - Industrial Sector

Salary: Up to 40k basic with OTE 70k

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of this super branch, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales and business development within the industrial sector.


• Temps recruitment experience.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team to achieve peak performance.


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.


• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Previous experience in managing a team and driving operational excellence.
