Location: London
Salary: Up to 35k plus OTE 70k

We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join their Commercial Temps team. Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Commercial Temps sector, you'll manage a warm desk with a strong existing client base. You will be responsible for matching the right candidates to temporary commercial roles, ensuring both clients and candidates receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Candidate Sourcing: Attract, screen, and place high-quality temporary candidates in commercial roles.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
- Account Management: Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with informed recruitment solutions.
