Salary: Up to £40,000 basic with OTE of £70,000 (experience dependent)

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building and maintaining a master list of contractors within the F&S Telecoms & M&E industries.
This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in recruitment or sales, with plenty of opportunities for advancement and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a list of clients and contractors within the technical sector, through research, networking, and relationship building.
- Identify potential clients and contractors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, including sales targets and client retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to support business development efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- No previous experience needed, but an interest in sales or recruitment is necessary.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Highly driven and an ambitious mindset is key! A strong desire to succeed will take you very far in this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Open to non drivers
