Responsibilities:
Specialise in recruiting candidates within the facilities maintenance sector, including roles such as maintenance technicians and facilities managers.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for client roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Actively network and engage with candidates to build a pipeline of top talent, utilising both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and placement.
