Base Salary: Up to £35,000 + OTE 100k

They are looking for an experienced local recruiter who must have IT experience.
The Role:
The responsibilities will include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.

Responsibilities:
Previous experience ideally in the IT
Highly organised and good attitude
Creativity and someone who can add value and is excited about a growth project
Resourcing skills
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consisten list of requirements
Analyzing candidate resumes and applications
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media etc
Assessing applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Completing paperwork for new hires
Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them withing the company
Providing recruitment reports to team managers
