Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other clients to understand their staffing needs.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the placement process from start to finish.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging healthcare technologies to better serve clients and candidates.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Experience:
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensure requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently under pressure.
