Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Care Sector)

Base Salary: Up to £26,000 + Commission
Our client is looking for a recruitment consultant to strengthen their successful and growing team.

They are growing, therefore, are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Health and Social Care.
They are looking for someone with either a health & social care background (children or elderly) looking for a job in recruitment OR an experienced recruiter looking to join a fast-paced health & social care team.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm with an hour for lunch, there is also a paid out-of-hours cover expectation (approx 1 in 3 weeks) which would include evenings and weekends.

Requirements:
-Drive, determination, and motivation to succeed
-Strong work ethic with a professional working attitude
-Strong written and communication skills
-Work closely with the business consulting team and delivery management
-Carry out in-depth market research to create an exhaustive talent universe for each search mandate
-Working on a warm desk
-Get the phone with you on the weekends to take calls (you get paid extra for this)
-Create targeted candidate lists ready for use in direct marketing campaigns
-Engage with high-profile candidates; approach, evaluate and manage through the full cycle recruitment process including offer management and referencing
-Develop a professional online brand to assist with talent attraction
