Up to £30,000 - £45,000+ OTE
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for healthcare and a drive for success? Our client, a leading healthcare recruitment agency based in Brighton, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with healthcare professionals including nurses, doctors, and clinical staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Utilise various recruitment methods including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
Negotiate contracts and terms of employment with both clients and candidates.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Target-driven with a desire to exceed expectations.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations within the recruitment industry.
