We're expanding and looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant specialising in Health and Social Care. Whether you're transitioning from a care background or an experienced recruiter, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Available for weekend calls (extra compensation)
Develop targeted candidate lists
Engage with high-profile candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain professionalism with excellent communication skills
Collaborate closely with teams
Conduct thorough market research
Manage a warm desk efficiently
Cultivate a strong online presence
