Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the education sector, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing high-calibre candidates in a variety of roles within schools, colleges, and educational institutions. Your passion for education combined with your expertise in recruitment will drive success as you build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with top talent in the education sector through various channels.
Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organisations to understand their hiring needs.
Match candidates to suitable roles, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from initial contact to placement.
Negotiate terms of engagement and ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the education sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
