Our client is an award-wining recruitment business based in Crawley. They specialise in the Industrial & Driving industry and are looking for an experienced recruitment manager to join their team.

About the role
Drive the team to acquire new clients and optimize opportunities with existing ones.
Oversee all activities to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services, meeting contractual obligations for each client.
Comprehend the financial standing of the Branch Operations Manager, aligning with both desk and branch profitability. Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting figures and taking necessary actions.
Foster the development of well-trained employees capable of adapting to evolving market dynamics and client requirements.
