Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Legal

Location: Canterbury

Salary: £35,000 - £90,000+ OTE

Our client is a leading recruitment agency with a strong presence in the professional sector. They are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with top-notch companies and are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Canterbury.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing professionals within the legal sector. While legal recruitment experience is not mandatory, your expertise within professional sector recruitment is highly desirable. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and candidates, building lasting relationships and making a significant impact on their career journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Identify and source high-calibre temporary candidates in the professional sector.


• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.


• 
  Match candidates to suitable roles within the legal sector.


• 
  Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• 
  Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within professional sectors.


• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• 
  A results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.


• 
  Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.


• 
  The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
