Position: Recruitment Consultant (Gaming Sector)
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 Basic OTE £100,000+
Our client, an IT & Gaming sectors recruitment agency is going through an exciting period of growth. With offices in Surrey and London they are looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced recruiter who will in turn be rewarded handsomely for their work and also gain the option to work fully remotely.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes (360 recruiter).
You will be working within the IT & gaming industries within the permanent and temporaries sector.
How will you spend your days?
Business development - prospect and existing business
Candidate registrations
Negotiating terms of employment with prospective clients
Account management with existing clients
Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification
Using various online job boards and social media tools, you will Source, screen applicants, and network with Candidates
Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database
Who are you?
You will have previous recruitment experience
Confident making sales calls
Strong face to face skills
Well presented
Strong work ethic
Self-motivated and Enthusiastic
Tenacious
Great personality
Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
