Salary: £45,000 + OTE £150,000

They are now looking for an Experienced IT Recruiter to join their team.
As an experienced IT recruiter, you will take the lead in identifying and attracting top-tier IT talent to support our growing client base.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates will be crucial in ensuring the selection of the best-fit individuals to contribute to their clients' success.
Responsibilities:
Building client database by effective Business Development. Building strong relationships with your clients.
Utilize your expertise in IT recruitment to identify, screen, and interview potential candidates for a wide range of technical roles.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with IT trends and best practices in recruitment.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to effectively source, track, and manage candidates.
Stay informed about industry news and events to effectively network and build a talent pipeline.
Requirements:
You must have strong BD experience as this will be a key part of the role.
In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced
