Are you a skilled Recruitment Consultant who lives and breathes the Events Industry? Do you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced role? An incredible opportunity awaits you with our wonderful client! Joining as part of a small team as an experienced Recruitment Consultant, in this role you would have the best of both worlds with a hybrid work setup, combining remote flexibility and the collaborative buzz of the office.
ROLE
As our go-to Recruitment Consultant for the Events Industry, you're the link between extraordinary talent and exceptional events. With your expertise in staffing and eventing recruitment, you'll help drive our client’s success further forward and ensure top-notch service delivery to your clients.
- Dive into client needs, crafting tailored recruitment solutions that sparkle within the events industry.
- Unearth, interview, and match candidates with their dream roles, harnessing their skills and experience.
- Nurture a thriving network of candidates and clients within the events sector.
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from first hello to job placement curtain call.
- Stay on the pulse of industry trends, guiding clients and candidates with your insights.
EXPERIENCE
- Your past as a experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant within the events world is a must.
- A proven track record of dropping candidates perfectly into eventing and staffing roles.
- Communication magic, building relationships with clients and candidates that stand the test of time.
- Juggling prowess for managing multiple recruitment threads without dropping a pin.
- A target-crushing, self-propelling drive.
- Familiarity with the tools that make recruitment tick.
