The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building and maintaining client relationships. With your first hand experience in the hospitality industry, you'll be uniquely positioned to understand the needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring the perfect match every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for a wide range of hospitality roles, including front-of-house, back-of-house, management, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates possess the skills and experience required for success in the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice and guidance to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, ideally recruitment.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve results.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
