They provide phone, laptop and of course iPad!Flexitime - they understand that you may need to pick up the kids from school! Commission is based on quarterly billing figures.
Transparent Commission Structure - Their commission structure will be clear and simple, so all consultants can see that x deal = y commission. There will be no exceptions or alterations to the structure, so staff can depend on it.
THE ROLE:
Your role as a Delivery Consultant will be to act as a vital link between clients and high calibre candidates. You will be responsible for candidates, where you will be required to perform direct and indirect sourcing strategies in order to attract, discover and engage highly skilled talent for client vacancies. You will also be accountable for building profitable and enduring relationships with candidates, to enhance and build upon my client's reputation in the market place. Use all available & suitable job boards to search for & contact relevant candidates. Performing headhunting activity utilising LinkedIn and tactfully approaching candidates via phone and email (as a secondary) to generate initial interest.
