Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Hastings
Salary: Up to £28,000 with an amazing commission plan attached
With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare recruitment industry, our client specialises in providing quality, temporary staffing solutions in the healthcare sector.
They are now looking for a dynamic and motivated recruitment consultant with good communication and sales skills to join their team.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the healthcare sector, sourcing and placing candidates across a range of roles and providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the healthcare sector
Source, screen and interview candidates for a range of healthcare roles
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising roles, shortlisting, arranging and conducting interviews and managing offers
Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all times
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments and share knowledge with clients and candidates
Achieve and exceed performance targets
Requirements:
Proven track record in recruitment, ideally in the healthcare sector (not necessary)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales background

Schedule: 9 – 5 Monday to Friday, there is an out of hours on call which is paid at the weekends.
