What will you be doing?

  Using Business Development to build relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.

  Proactive sales and negotiation on multiple levels.

  Meeting with clients and candidates.

  Learning to be an expert in your market.

What do we need from you?

  An interest in the creative industry.

  Minimum 1 year of recruitment or sales experience is preferable.

  Strong interest in growing within the organisation and being the best in your industry.
