Role - Recruitment Consultant £120K OTE
Location - Billericay, Essex
Salary - £35k - £45k + 30% commission + Benefits

Our client like many is experiencing a huge uplift in demand. Established agency with a solid client base and excellent retention rates. Recruiting worldwide. Currently they work on a retention base with around 40% of their clients but are aiming their business model to a 70% retatined business.
Experience -
You will have a minimum of 6 months agency recruitment experience and be able to manange clients and candidate effectively as well as establishing new relationships and growing your desk. Experience within either Banking or Aviation an advantage but strong generalist recruiters very welcome to apply.
Position -
This is not a rookie role. Average fees are £30-£40k. Their consultants bill an average of £180k per annum and get uncapped commission of up to 30%!!!
You will be able to manage your own time and proffesionally conduct yourself and your desk
Working roles on a worldwide market you will be able to be flexible to accomodate hours for the market you are working (eg starting at 11am and working 8 hours from then)
