White Collar 360 Recruiter
Location: Braintree, Essex (3 days per week), with the flexibility to work from home for 2 days per week. Salary up to £40k DOE.
Experience Required: Minimum of 12 months in recruitment, within the white-collar sector is essential.
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced White-Collar Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent within the white-collar sector.
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the company's success.
