We are ready to expand and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our small but brilliant team.

This is a role where an experienced Resourcer has the ability to earn as much as a 360 consultant – so if you’re making a career of resourcing (without expectation to become a 360 – unless you want to) this could be the fit for you!

The Opportunity
 
As a seasoned Recruiter or Resourcer you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success in the South.

This candidate led market is brimming with opportunities, and we need someone with the expertise to match talented recruiters with the right agencies.

We work Hybrid with 2 or 3 days in and 2 days out of the office, we are open to part time or full time for the right candidate. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage with experienced recruiters to understand their career aspirations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.


• Provide expert guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Stay ahead of industry trends and markets to identify key opportunities.

What we want
  

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Recruiter.

• A passion for building lasting relationships.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, candidate-driven market.

• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and the ability to source and identify top talent.

• Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing job offers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Ability to work independently and remotely when needed.

• No Sales calls are necessary in this role, however, any experience within sales and business development would always be advantageous.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
