Part-Time / Full Time Resourcer – Rec 2 Rec 

Location: Horsham (3 days in the office)
Hours: Part-time (Flexible)

Wisdom Rec 2 Rec is a well-established, specialist Rec 2 Rec consultancy with over 17 years of experience in matching top recruitment talent with leading agencies. We are looking for a Part-Time / Full time Resourcer to support our consultants in sourcing and shortlisting high-quality candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 
  

  Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates

  
  


• 
  

  Shortlisting and qualifying candidates based on experience and client requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting initial outreach and screening calls

  
  


• 
  

  Managing and updating our candidate database

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting consultants with market research and talent mapping

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous experience in a resourcing, sourcing, or recruitment role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing techniques

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organisational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

  
  


• 
  

  Recruitment industry experience is preferred but not essential
