Location: Portsmouth 

Salary: £27,000 + £3,000-£4,000 Bonus

Full-time | Hybrid (Office-based with Wednesdays at home)

The Role

As a Resourcer, you will:

• Source, screen, and register candidates for a variety of industrial roles.


• Maintain and update candidate records.


• Build strong relationships with job seekers.


• Work closely with consultants to ensure successful placements.


• Handle compliance and ensure candidates meet all legal requirements.
