The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the logistics, shipping, freight, driving, and industrial temps sectors.
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates, matching them to suitable job roles.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within logistics, shipping, freight, driving, or industrial temps.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
- Ability to source and attract top talent through various channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive and tenacious approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving license is desirable.
