Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration and team spirit of our Tunbridge Wells office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, and client management, with a focus on IT roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Negotiate terms of business and manage client contracts.
- Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Match candidate skills and aspirations to client requirements.
- Market Insight:
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Provide clients with market intelligence and salary benchmarking.
- Account Management:
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within the IT sector.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent understanding of the IT recruitment market and roles.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms.
